About Char

Char Watson was born and raised in Cache Valley, Utah. She is a military spouse and mother to 3 beautiful baby girls! She founded The Providers DOO™️ in 2019 with a passion for operations, business management, and high-level strategy development.

She has been working in Healthcare since 2008 and has been working as a Director Of Operations since 2015 when she began really diving into emerging group practices and what it takes to be successful and profitable. Throughout her time she was often referred to for training and development of practices in her area due to the success she had with turning around previous practices.

While coming into other practices as a consultant she found herself working heavily with the Office Manager and realized much of the gaps. Practitioners were relied on to hold much of the practice's success and the Office Managers didn't have the development or training available to them to help them elevate their capabilities and knowledge to handle the entire back end of the practice.

Char's passion is fueled through her advocacy to upgrade the traditional path to having a successful practice without the endless sacrifices to make it to the top. She believes the key to any successful practice is through internal support and developing the strategic partnership between the CEO Doctor and their executive team. 

We believe in meeting owners earlier in the business cycle to set not only them but the organization up for success. We work with 2-5 location practices to develop their next-gen leaders and provide the coaching to achieve organizational growth.
